the background in this is way too busy. i like your concept though, the interconnected statement. maybe even have the green flow through the letters. I would try and simplify your green thing a lot and use a simpler font, like a san-serif. when creating a logo it is important that it can be easily read and also sized down. try and not use a lot of different effects (photoshop etc.)
